DELIVERY POLICY
We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, and to certain international countries where agreed prior to placing the order.
Responsibility of ownership of the delivered product(s) becomes yours once signed for upon delivery.
WE will email you to inform you once your order is dispatched, and where applicable, will provide you with the reference number (if attached to the article).
Dispatch Times – For all orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday only), our policy is to despatch goods by the end 4.30pm (subject to stock availability). Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Times quoted are in good faith and shall not be binding. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays causing late deliveries.
Next Day Delivery – For items that require a next day delivery service, orders must be received before midday (UK time) between Monday and Thursday, to be delivered the next working day (Subject to stock availability). Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK.
International Orders – We welcome international orders and carriage will vary on destination and weight of parcel and will be calculated at the end of your order. We will contact you prior to despatch if there are any issues regarding the order. However, please be aware that delivery of international orders may be affected due to political conflicts, such as war, civil unrest, martial law etc. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery to most European destinations, up to 21 days to North America and Canada, up to 28 days to Australia, and up to 6 weeks to the rest of the world.
Customs – When ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Availability of Products – All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the email address given by when you placed the order.
