Silicon pad is where you can place strip lashes and individual lashes which makes easier to pick up. It is soft and flexible on both side,
remove the plastic cover on both sides.
I think Lash Elegance's eyelash extensions are great quality at a great price. I was spoilt for choice with the range of products but finally found my favourite.
